Pricing and Procedures

The minimum fee for any custom application design is $250. However, since the complexity of the project varies with the program, some projects may result in a higher fee. For example, designing a form or a template in Microsoft Word is much simpler than developing a presentation with many digital pictures that includes animations. However, the maximum fee will never exceed $1500.

The custom application design fee will include a detailed consultation to assess your needs, the development of a solution, a follow-up visit to review the solution with you, and one round of changes to the solution to better suit your needs.

If you request additional changes to the design after the first set of changes, you may be charged an additional fee at the rate of $85 per hour.

Once you have accepted the design, your fee will also include any necessary training required for you to use the solution. However, if you wish to have a printed manual explaining how to use your solution, there will be an additional charge of no more than $250.

You will be required to pay a retainer of not more than 10% of the anticipated final custom application design fee before we will begin the job..
