Before beginning any web design project, our web developers and graphic designers will meet with you to determine your exact needs for the website. This consultation will review your needs for each of the following:  domain name registration, site hosting, promotion, content, design, periodic maintenance, databases, and shopping cart

After determining the needs for your website, our web developers and graphic designers will begin work on a rough sketch of the site, and ask for your ideas, suggestions, and approval. After completing this step, the designers will then begin working on the final design of the site, and will consult with you regularly for approval, suggestions, and questions.

Once work is complete, you will again have an opportunity to review the site for approval. In this step you will be able to check all links and pages for correct content and give your approval. At this point in time we will then upload the site to your hosting service of choice, thus making your site "live" on the Internet. You will then have the option to add other services, such as promotion.

At this point, you now have another decision to make. Do you want to be responsible for updates of the site, or do you wish Rafaill & Associates to be your webmaster? If you choose the former, we will be able to train you on the steps needed to update your site, and if the latter is chosen we will perform periodic updates of the site at your request.
