Pricing and Procedures
Since the complexity of the project varies with the program, the fee that you will be charged will be determined after the initial assessment. For example, designing a form or a template in Microsoft Word is much simpler and will cost less than developing a presentation with many digital pictures that includes animations.
Regardless of the fee the custom application design charge will include:
- a detailed consultation to assess your needs
- the development of a solution
- a follow-up visit to review the solution with you
- one round of changes to the solution to better suit your needs
- and, once you have accepted the product, your fee will also include any necessary training required for you to use the solution (if you wish to have a printed manual explaining how to use your solution, there will be an additional charge)
Depending upon the custom application required, you may be required to pay a retainer of up to 25% of the anticipated final custom application design fee before we will begin the job.
